Greek Pepper Salad Appetizer Recipe
Greek pepper salad appetizer. Served mostly before the main dish.
Ingredients :6 sweet peppers
1 midium onion, coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Bake peppers in oven at 450F for about 20 minutes or until they get wilted and soft. Remove seeds and outer skin. Cut in the peppers into pieces and place in a bowl.
Add already chopped onion, salt and pepper on peppers. Mix it with vinegar and olive oil and add to peppers. Sprinkle with oregano. You may adjust seasonings if you prefer.
