Saucy Chicken Recipe

Saucy chicken with rice.

Ingredients :

2/3 cup celery slices
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 lbs process cheese spread, cubed
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
4 cups hot cooked rice

Instructions :

Sauté celery and onion in margarine, blend in flour. Add tomato, chicken, process cheese spread and basil. Stir until process cheese spread is melted.

Serve over rice.
